Our Story

From a Toronto Startup to a National Practice

Apex Analytix Consulting was founded in 2016 by a group of data engineers and management consultants who recognized a widening gap between the data that Canadian businesses collected and the insights they actually used. Too many organizations had invested heavily in data infrastructure but lacked the strategic frameworks to extract real value.

Starting from a small office on Bay Street in Toronto, the team built a practice centered on practical analytics rather than theoretical models. The focus was always on outcomes: reduced operational costs, improved customer retention, faster time-to-market for new products, and clearer regulatory compliance.

Today, our team has grown to include over 40 consultants, data scientists, and AI engineers operating from offices in Toronto and Montreal. We serve clients in financial services, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, energy, and the public sector, delivering every engagement in both English and French.

PhD in Machine Learning from the Université de Montréal. Marc-Antoine oversees all AI model development, data engineering practices, and technology partnerships. Bilingual in English and French.

Canada is a bilingual nation, and our firm reflects that reality in every aspect of service delivery. From initial discovery sessions to final executive presentations, we conduct work in whichever language your team prefers. Our Montreal office is staffed primarily by francophone consultants, while our Toronto team includes bilingual professionals who can seamlessly switch between English and French.
