Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time. If you are mid-contract, we will prorate the difference for the remaining months. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Our team will help ensure a smooth transition with no disruption to ongoing work.

There are no setup fees for the Insight or Accelerate plans. Enterprise engagements may include a one-time onboarding fee depending on complexity, which is always disclosed upfront in the proposal. Third-party software licenses (if needed) are billed separately and transparently.

Monthly plans have a three-month minimum commitment to ensure meaningful progress can be achieved. Annual plans are billed on a 12-month cycle with the 15% discount applied to each month. Enterprise contracts are structured based on the scope and typically run six to twelve months.

We do not offer a blanket money-back guarantee, as consulting outcomes depend on collaborative effort. However, we do provide a satisfaction checkpoint at the end of the first month. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our work, we will revise deliverables at no additional cost or discuss early termination options.
